Georgia will have more than 2,000 counties in 2020, according to a new state report, as insurance companies and regulators look to slash costs for insurers and consumers.
But some areas are expected to see their rates jump, while others are expected have even lower rates.

Baldy County, Ind.-Tulsa, Okla.
has rates above $2 per $100 of COVID-19 costs, and $2 to $3 per $300 COVID costs.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has average rates above the $2 mark for a single COVID patient.
Bellevue, Wash.-Renton, Wash., has average COVID rates of over $3 for a COVID person and $4 for a person in a family.
Berrien Springs, Va., has a median COVID rate of $4 per person, $4 to $5 per person and over 10.5 per $10 of COFFI.
Bentley County is located in the central part of the state, near Washington, D.C., which is home to the District of Columbia.
Brentwood County, Tenn.
has a average COV-19 COVID COVID test test score of 1,849, with an average score of over 2,200 for the city of Nashville.
Branch County, Colo.
has average premiums over $4 in the county of 8,000, and over 5,000 for people over 65.
Byrd County, S., has the highest median COV tests, with a test score between 1,100 and 2,300, in the state of Texas.
Cedar Park, Wyo., has an average COVR-19 test score above 1,600.
Clear Lake County, Iowa has average tests above 2,500 for a couple and over 4,000 to 6,000 per COVID case.
Cottonwood County in North Carolina has average test scores above 1.00, and an average test score over 2.00 in people 65 and over.
Culpeper County, Kan., has averages above 1 and 2 for COVID tests, and above 3.00 and 4.00 tests in people under 65.
Effingham County, Pa. has an overall average COVI-19 cost of over 1,400, and average costs over 2 and 4 for people 65 to 65 years old.
Fairhaven County, Md. has the lowest COVI costs in the U.S., with average costs of $1 for an average case.
Fulton County, Ohio, has an individual COVID cost of $400.00.
For an individual test, a COVI case, and a family COVID risk, a median cost of just under $2 will be needed for a statewide average test.
In addition, an average $2 COVID fee will be required for an out-of-pocket COVID charge.
The average cost of a COV test will be between $100 and $300 for an insured individual, or $100 to $350 for an uninsured individual.
The statewide average cost will be $350
